DELIVERY TIME  and SHIPPING

Australia areas and regions  
may take up to 3-10 working days once dispatched, depending on your  postage option selected by you.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Delivery charges will be displayed  when  checking  out . once  your delivery country is selected at check out  you will see the country's delivery fees.

 

PLEASE NOTE: delayed may also occur  during public holidays, or future pandemics in Australia. 

International orders:
Please allow up to 21 days for processing internationally. 

Orders are  processed within 7-14 business days.
Delivery times are estimated depending on your location and  once your parcel is dispatched.
While we proceed to ship within the provided time, delays may occur during public holidays or pandemics . You will be notified by us, delivery carriers or through your email if your package is delayed.

Please Note:

If an  order you have purchased from our store directly is rejected or returned without giving any reason or by not contacting us through our customer service line at Support@lightshinestore.com,  an extra charge of $50 AU return fees will applied to your card details. the refund  you requested will be granted once we have received our product  in the same condition, box  or tags in the return of your parcel .
