What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
Yes. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please contact us at support@lightshinestore.com
How do I cancel my order?
yes absolutely once your Orders have been placed you will need to be canceled within 24hrs and receive your refund in full.

How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a notification with the details of your order. You can also track your order on our website.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
yes why not. If your order has not been shipped from our store, we can definitely make that changes for you.
